We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JigSlide on compatible mobile devices in accordance with these terms and standard App Store / Google Play guidelines.
When you use your own photos to generate puzzles, you retain all intellectual property rights to your photos. Because photo processing occurs locally on your device, we do not store, view, or claim ownership over any user-imported imagery.
Photos made available through the Discover search and curated puzzle galleries are provided by third-party photo services and independent photographers via the Pexels API, Unsplash, and Picsum Photos. All photos remain the intellectual property of their respective photographers and are utilized under the Pexels License, Unsplash License, or applicable open-source creative licenses. JigSlide does not claim ownership or exclusive rights over any third-party imagery retrieved or downloaded through these services.
All trademarks, graphics, audio assets, game design, code, and logos associated with JigSlide are the property of JigSlide and its creators.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JigSlide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
